ANTIQUES OF SHADYSIDE was founded in 1973 by Gary and Eileen Swett. Our first store was located in the Shadyside area, an upscale trendy community, located approximately 5 miles from downtown Pittsburgh, and in the heart of the medical community. Shadyside was home to several family owned and operated businesses. Antiques have always been a passion for us, and we spent many years traveling the country selling and buying some of the finest antiques. Our clients are from all over the country and we take pride in selling rare and one of a kind pieces. We are now located in Bloomfield, Pittsburgh’s “Little Italy”, approximately one mile from Shadyside nestled between three major hospitals and surrounded by ethnic family owned businesses.
